She heads initiatives for a broad range of multinational clients, focusing primarily on CEO relevant topics and on global projects, normally carried out for the headquarters.
Gilda is a partner at Edge+ Management Consulting, a boutique consultancy that offers strategic advice on how to grow, to innovate and to optimize profitability.
In addition, she collaborates on a regular basis as an advisor on marketing and innovation topics with other selected top-tier consulting boutiques.
Prior to starting her consulting practice, Gilda worked for more than 15 years with major international consulting companies, including the Monitor Group (now Monitor Deloitte), Bain & Company and Roland Berger Strategy Consultants.
For the Monitor Group, she had European client responsibilities, overlooking multiple global teams and serving large-sized corporations at both headquarters and country level. Additionally, she has been in charge of the management of Monitor Group's Italian office.
